About Victoria

Hi my name is Victoria. I started my yoga journey in 2015. Along with yoga (yin, ashtanga, hatha yoga), came many more studies such as vipassana meditation, biodynamic energy healing and nervous system understanding and regulation.

I see the practices as tools which we can utilize when we meet the “real” yoga outside of the mat. The everyday life. That's when the actual practice starts.

Grounding

Grounding, a word which is constantly coming back to me…. The will to be here and now. I always come back to ground, to stay with me, not lose anchor and connection to the roots and core of my being, no matter how much of a turbulence there might be outside of myself I'm still here. Of all the practises I've studied through these years, the common key which I always come back to is grounding.

Without ground there is no anchor and without an anchor there will be no manifestation. We are here to live life, so I better make sure that I create the right environment within and around me which supports that.

My gift to you

I know how it is to be overwhelmed by life as I`ve accepted my sensitivity. I know pain, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I also know how disconnected I´ve been to my body and not actually enjoying being in it.

My gift to you is for you to embody and step into your fullest potential. Through embodied practices we can start to create the life we want to live and share.
