Course - Yin Yoga & Resting Rhythms 

As much as we need activity (yang) we also need support from the grounding and restorative energy of (yin). In this course you will explore different yin-postures and somatic movement which have a restoring effect on your body, mind and nervous system.

Course - Hatha Yoga & meditation 

This course gives you the basics of Hatha yoga. You practice different positions in a dynamic flow that we build on gradually. We also touch on beneficial areas such as breathing, meditation and mindfulness.

The course provides an overall understanding of the various elements of yoga

  • Yoga positions

  • Breathing

  • Mindfulness (conscious presence)


These three building blocks help us to creating a deeper connection with our inner self, such as listening to our bodies' signals and quieting our active mind. We will also talk briefly about yoga philosophy, which deals with morals and ethics, on and off the yoga mat.

Course - Stress management
yoga and somatics

Stress is something we all can relate to. It's hard to avoid as  life will always bring us challenges.

With increased knowledge and simple tools we can find ways to handle stress better. 

This course is built on basic knowledge on our stress responses and how we can meet them in a safer and more conscious way. We will use yoga and somatic exploration which will help us become aware and soften tensions in our body.

Workshop - Get to know your nervous system - Stress management 101

This workshop is built on two different blocks. The first is called “AUTHENTIC” building on creating foundational trust in yourself. The second block is called “EXPLORE” where we will go more into details on the autonomic nervous system.

 

We will incorporate teori with somatic movement, and simple exercises which will help us become aware of our stress responses.
